Moving your business can be more stressful and time consuming even than moving your home. We have moved countless offices since we started Long Beach Movers, and have the ability to get your move done safely and quickly, whether you have a few desks and shelves to move or hundreds of cubicles and heavy equipment.
Every office relocation starts with us generating an estimate. Unless the business specifically requests an hourly rate, we prefer to provide you with a flat rate, based on what needs to be moved, so you can budget accordingly. Unless your move only involves a few very small items, we’ll do a free onsite inspection and provide you with a quote (limited to offices larger than 2,500 sq.ft.).
We know that you would prefer not to interrupt normal business hours for your commercial move. This is why we are available 24/7, to make sure that your move takes place at a time that is convenient for you and in the most organized way for us.
On the date that you have selected, we will arrive with our moving trucks. Our hydraulic lift gates on the trucks make it easy even to move copiers and other heavy office machinery. Our team knows exactly how to disassemble, pack, and reassemble your cubicles, and we even have a carpenter on hand just in case assembly of other items is needed. We’ll bring large commercial bins to keep employee possessions separated. Long Beach Movers is fully insured and has all the necessary licenses, to protect your cargo and to alleviate liability. An insurance certificate is available by your request.
