Long distance orders are slightly different from local projects, mainly in preparation level, and fees structure. Generally, we offer a free visual estimate for long distance moves, however based on the season of the year we might not have this service available. After a thorough visual inspection, we will discuss your moving project with you, and deliver a "not-to-exceed" all-inclusive flat rate estimate to ensure that you know what you will be expected to pay (unlike hourly rates for local moves). After your approval we will schedule the moving day. Smaller long distance moves are frequently performed with a guaranteed 24 hours delivery. For such cases, we might sent you a crew to pack and load the truck, and the other (well-rested) crew will drive and unload. For larger houses, we usually split the loading and delivering phases to 2 business days in order to ensure that your belongings are properly packed, and safely delivered.
